Children’s Program:

Sheridan Creek Equestrian Center prides itself in its children’s program. The program not only teaches children how to ride but also emphasizes the importance of daily horse maintenance. A solid dressage background helps children develop confidence in their riding capabilities by improving their balance and control over the horse. Horseback riding is a lot of fun and it is our goal to show your child just how special horses really are.

Lesson Horses:

Kelly is an 18 year old Canadian Sport Horse Mare out of the famous Canadian Sport Horse Stallion Cosy’s Commander. Kelly is half sister to Carrick an Advanced Level event horse.

Kelly has had many accomplishments herself including reaching the Intermediate two star level of eventing and ranked among the top ten horses in California in her division.

Max is an 18 year old Appendix Quarter Horse Gelding. He was the Northwest's pleasure champion and has been a school horse at Christiane Noelting’s Dressage Center for the past year.

He has now moved to the Sheridan Creek Equestrian Center and is a fantastic horse for a child to learn to ride on.
